What is Tourism Chilliwack's return policy?

Any product that is purchased on our website (excluding promotional or sale items) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date for an exchange or store credit excluding shipping costs. All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed and be accompanied by the original hang tags and packaging. The condition of the product is left at the discretion of Tourism Chilliwack.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses. Please take care when resending items back to us. Items lost in the mail are your responsibility. We cannot issue refunds on lost parcels. Return shipments should be sent with a courier that offers tracking service such as FedEx or UPS.

Returning an in-store pickup

The same policies stated above apply to items purchased and picked up in-store. The 30 day return period begins on the date of purchase (not the date the item is picked up).

Can I return sale items?

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order has been placed we are unable to guarantee altering or cancelling the order. We start processing orders immediately after they are placed to ensure they arrive as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you!

I’m looking to return my order, what should I do?

To determine whether your purchase is eligible for a refund/exchange please email [email protected] with the following details:

1. Your Name and Order Number

2. The Item(s) You Wish to Return

3. Reason for the Return (For example – Too Big, Too Small, Damaged, Not as Shown in Photo, etc.)
